Alter Boys
When a ritualistic elixir once held by the Mayapo natives of the Amazon rainforest is reformulated, Bren Williams, Derek O'Rourke and Russ Munroe unwittingly come into contact with the newfangled version at Prescott Chemicals. Shortly thereafter, the detectives experience a change to their body and minds with unalterable results. Although alarmed with their current predicament, all three master the formalities thus engendering them the power to complete their mission. With help from their experienced boss, an aggressive FBI agent, an eager journalist and a bitter French physicist, they quell the perpetrators, but not before one escapes with an undetermined amount of formula and a secret that could alter a detective's life. Tory Allyn currently resides in Upstate New York. Although born in Syracuse, he was raised in the quaint town of Baldwinsville with his brother and two sisters, who drove him into becoming the zany person he is today. As a child, he made up many a tale. Some funny; others dark and brooding, but all started him on the path to writing. Today, his nephew, lovingly referred to as 'The Monster Child', is his partner in crime. Most days, you will see them playing ball at a nearby park, going for a dip in the backyard pool or snowboarding down a popular mountainside.
