"East Lake View" chronicles the story of Chicago's most popular neighborhood through history, anecdotes and more than 200 photos.

The neighborhood began as a rural resort for Chicagoans, grew into an urban haven for Swedes and Japanese-Americans fleeing discrimination, then became an enclave of head shops, hippies and punkers. East Lake View has come full circle and today is a tourist attraction known for Wrigleyville and Boystown. "East Lake View" is a sequel to "Lake View,"published in 2014.
