Shawanda R. Randolph holds an MBA in Healthcare Administration from Wilmington University and a master’s degree in Theology from Fuller Theological Seminary. She is the proud mother of one very special son.

After retiring from the United States Air Force, God called her to ministry full time. He would use her life as a model to demonstrate how our personal, professional, and spiritual life were inter-connected. As a writer, speaker, leader, and mentor, she is dedicated to helping others flourish in their God-given paths.

Shawanda lives in Goodyear, AZ where she has established a nonprofit, DeeCilla Comfort Center to help victims of sexual assault, domestic violence, and human trafficking.
