"Tales of the Black Lion" is a Novel in Stories. Two detectives from London's Metropolitan Police are called to investigate a bloody murder at the Black Lion Pub. The murder occurred after a party for Charles Dickens' 25th birthday. The murderer is not caught, and subsequent stories take place in Victorian London. Each of the three remaining stories has its own plot, but each provides information about who is the murderer from the first story. Finally in the last story the killer is unmasked.

He spent 45 years in the Property and Casualty Insurance business as an Underwriter in New York City, an Agent in Rochester. and a Consultant and Educator in Buffalo. After retiring, he was able to engage in his life long desire to write Mystery stories. His first book, "Tales of the Black Lion," was published in 2016. His second Book is on the drawing board.
