This study guide provides space for the reader to complete the questions and exercises presented daily in the text of”Worry, Fret and Fear...No More!” These questions are intended to promote in depth thought and insight. Wisdom obtained from the responses will propel the reader into a life filled with confidence, a life of assurance in God’s love and protection.

There are: * thirty week days of questions, * six weekend challenges * a lifetime challenge.

Answer the questions of the day prior to developing a simple daily gratitude list. Simply list five things for which to be grateful. There is also space for composing a prayer for the coming week.

Dr. Phyllis Kuehnl-Walters is a retired psychologist from Ohio, now “refired” as a writer, teacher, and motivational speaker. She serves as the Academic Dean for Casa Hope Christian men’s transitional home and teaches Bible studies ar Fairway Christian Church in The Villages, Florida. She is a member of the Florida Writers Association and Treasure of The Writers’ League of The Villages.

She has published 3 books: “Worry, Fret and Fear...No More!” along with a Study Guide & Gratitude Journal. They are meant to be a six week challenge to eliminate the habit of worrying and overcome fear.
