I am a Brevard County author and freelance writer, born into an Italian-Irish inner New York city family, I was lucky enough to live a Huckleberry Finn-like childhood on Florida's Space Coast. My experiences as this child, a mother, grandmother and great grandmother serve as inspiration for my column, 'Rose's Room' previously in Florida Today, Home Town News, Todays Senior, and presently in Port Saint John Happenings.

My short stories and articles have been featured in Woman's World Magazine, RV Life, Pet Gazette, Camping Today, Quiltworks and many other popular publications. Friendship with Col. Hiram Mann led to a short story on the Tuskegee Airmen published in Florida Today newspaper. My contributions to several books including The Art of Grandparenting and Gratitude come straight from the heart with humorous twists which is the way I choose to view life in general.
