Therapy for Murder
Not long after Sara Marks, with the ink still wet on her PhD certificate, begins her career as a psychologist at a clinic just outside Washington, DC, one of her patients tragically leaps from a bridge to her death. Or does she? Although twenty-two year old Helena Morgan had dieted her 5'6'' frame down to 90 pounds, she seemed anything but suicidal. But who would want to murder Helena? Gradually, against her will, Sara begins to suspect another patient at the clinic. Meanwhile, her frequent trips to the fantastic Caliban Cafe are having weighty, if not disastrous effects on her figure. Then there's another death, and her search for Mr. Right, as well as her plans for self improvement, are nearly cut short when her own life is brutally threatened.

Laura Munder graduated from Wellesley College in 1971, received a PhD in Clinical Psychology at George Washington University in 1976, and worked as a psychotherapist in Washington, DC for forty years before retiring. She has written two murder mysteries with female psychologists as the protagonists, Therapy for Murder published in 1984 and Impulse to Murder, due to be released on February 17, 2018.
