About Richard Rybicki (Tampa Bay, Florida Author)
Born and raised in Chicago, Richard Rybicki retired after 29 years with the Chicago Police Department and moved to the gulf coast of Florida. Soon afterward his first book, The Pain Game, was published and introduced the character of Sam Laska, a disgraced former Chicago Police detective. He continues the adventures of Sam in the second installment of the Laska Crime Thriller series in his current work, Where the Road Leads.
He and his wife still live near Sarasota and the crystal sands of Siesta Key.
